2018 JEEP WRANGLER JLU SAHARA 4X4
On this Wrangler we started this build by installing a Evo Mfg JLU High Clearance Long Arm kit with the EVO MFG JL Front and Rear NV2514 King Coilover kits create the High Clearance Long Arm PRO. This combination of improved suspension geometry through the EVO MFG JLU High Clearance Long Arm and increased shock travel through the JL Bolt-on NV2514 coilovers, allows you to un-limit the kit and run full shock length yielding 14.5” front wheel travel and 14” rear wheel travel. Matched with Currie Anti-Rock Sway bars. We then added a pair of Dana Ultimate 60 axles front and rear with 5.38 gears, Eaton E-lockers, and chromolly shafts. A set of 20x10 American Force beadlock wheels and 40x13.50 Maxxis Razr M/T tires. PSC XD series big bore hydraulic assist steering helps this Jeep steering with ease offroad. Fusion 4x4 2.5 ton steering and custom built 1 ton driveshafts finish off the steering and suspension combination.
For that extra low crawl ratio we installed a Rock Trac Rubicon 4.1 transfer case but we didn't want to forget about the top speed too so we installed a Pro Charger supercharger that adds an extra 100 HP to the already powerful 300 HP 3.6L V6. K&N cold air intake, Magnaflow Exhaust, along with custom computer tuning.
Bodyguard RX Series front bumper with Warn 12K winch and synthetic rope and rear bumper along with a Genright swing away tire carrier and full size spare, rock sliders, fender flares, fender liners, and windshield light bar brackets. All lighting is from Heise and is controlled by an sPod 4x4 12v controller with LCD touch screen.
