Founder & CEO, Collin Hadley is an Honor Graduate of Universal Technical Institute, earning numerous awards throughout high school, technical school, and his career. His career began as a master certified technician for Ford and Mercedes Benz. He is ASE certified and serves as a member of Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA). Collin has the precision and skills of a Mercedes Benz Technician with an ever growing passion for the off-road market.
Vice President & CFO
In 2018 Kevin partnered with Collin to turn a dream into reality. That included unlocking the full potential of MEO. "Together we can rule the Galaxy". Kevin is a successful businessman, family man, and avid offroader. Kevin's resume includes law enforcement, security, construction, real estate, Over the years he has built some of the slickest rides to grace the roads. Kevin and Darth Vader have become quite good friends, so if you see Vader frequent the shop, he's just along for the wild ride.
General Manager & Master Marquee Technician
Jay is over-qualified at crafting and erecting borderline inappropriate marquee messages 20 feet over Lamar Avenue to give old people something to gossip about. Jay was the very first employee hired to MEO back in 2010. From management in waste removal to service in Harley Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Jays skills allow him to custom tailor your next build just how you want it. Just ask for Dick!
'Grumpy' Blake Morris
Only on rare occasion does "Grumpy Blake" come out. Most of the time... well... some of the time, Blake is the most happy go lucky guy you could meet. He would give you the shirt off his back if there was much left of it. Blake started with MEO in 2011 as an entry level technician. With years of dedicated experience in the aftermarket accessory field under his belt, he has worked his way up the ranks to head up our Shop Team 6 and build some of our most Max'd out custom vehicles.
Shaun joined the MEO team in 2019. Shaun hails from Paducha, Kentucky. He fled the "Bluegrass State" after the Great Ohio Flood of 1937. Although he's not a natural born Texan, we welcomed him with open arms when he pulled up in a well built Jeep. Shaun's credentials included Chevrolet and Ford certifications from previous dealership experience, and turning wrenches on military equipment when he spent time employed at Red River Army Depot. In his spare time he fits in just fine with the rest of Texas hunting, fishing, and getting outdoors with the family.
When asked for a bio this is what we received. "I was born in Arlington, Texas. I'm recently married and have three dogs. My husband and I both share the same interest in the truck scene and enjoy going to shows frequently. I absolutely love being a part of this team and enjoy being in this environment!" Typical female response, but she can teach you how to get in and out of a bis A$$ truck.
Broadway the Media Marketing director for MEO, has been making creative content of some kind for 12 years, and his own business (iamBroadway) for 4 years. Most of the time you can find him sporting a bow tie, stylish hat, and handle bar mustache groomed to the "T". Chet better step up his game.
Cody joined the MEO team in 2019 and made his way to Texas from somewhere in Michigan. Coming to MEO as a former soldier serving in the US Army and a Universal Technical Institute graduate, Cody posses a very particular set of skills, skills he has acquired over a very long career, skills that make him a nightmare for people like you. Or at least that's what we think, his silence makes him a mystery.
Ross joined the MEO team in 2019. Although he was born and raised in Oklahoma, we try to hold it against him. He is a Universal Technical Institute graduate and is the freshest fish in the pond.
